Antonio Conte wants star goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois dropped for the rest of the season, according to Mail Online.
Conte will be taking over Chelsea as soon as he returns from the Euro 2016 tournament in France, but the current Italian manager is already making changes to the Chelsea squad.
The 46-year-old reportedly wants to axe Thibaut Courtois, so as to give Asmir Begovic a chance to impress and stake his claim to be Chelsea’s number one.
Begovic joined the Blues from Stoke City back in the summer of 2015, but has rarely been selected ahead of Courtois.
However, Conte is not only making changes to the current Chelsea squad, but is said to be working on the transfers as well, with various Italian reports suggesting that the Italian wants to bring Real Madrid’s Sergio Ramos to the Stamford Bridge, to replace Branislav Ivanovic.
