Zinedine Zidane Urges Real Madrid To Bring N’Golo Kante To Santiago Bernabeu

MARCA: Zinedine Zidane wants N’Golo Kante this summer.

Real Madrid are the latest club, in the long queue featuring Arsenal, Chelsea,  Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain, to be linked with Leicester City’s N’Golo Kante.

The Frenchman’s consistent performances with Premier League champions saw him get included in France’s EURO 2016 squad, where he is now performing well at Europe’s biggest stage, and attracting the interest of fellow countryman Zinedine Zidane in the process.

Reports in Spain suggest Zidane has urged the Real Madrid board to make a bid of £20m for the 25-year-old midfielder, as the France legend is poised to bring one more defensive midfielder, with Casemiro being the only natural option at present.

Another option for Real Madrid is breaking the world transfer record fee and signing Paul Pogba form Juventus. Most Madrid fans will want their club to spend €95m less and sign an equally good player, if not better, in the form of Kante, considering CDM is his natural position.
