It’s never a good sign when two major egos at the same club start to clash. It often leads to one of them requesting to leave the club, and it also breaks up the unity amongst the squad that the manager and his coaches work so hard to create.
However, with Pogba and Ibrahimovic, their egos could be the starting point of a blossoming friendship.
The pair signed for United this summer, one for a world-record £100 million fee, and the other on a free transfer. They will hope their bond off the pitch is visible while on it as well, as they attempt to take United back to the top of the Premier League table.
The two are seen poking fun at each other in this hilarious Instagram video posted on Paul Pogba’s account.
In the video, Pogba teases Ibrahimovic saying: “He wants to take a picture with me. He wants to be famous.”
The 34-year-old Swede, not one to be put down in such a manner, laughs and replies, saying: “I’ll make you famous.”
