Corchia also spoke about Mbappe in his interview with Goal, stating: “Kylian is really impressive. Last week I trained with him for a few days with the France squad, so I’m up to date on him, and I must say, that his development is fantastic.
“He is a very intelligent player and he is surrounded by good people. That is a great plus, which can really make a big difference in a career. The surroundings, the entourage, of a football player are so important.”
Thanks to the 26-year-old defender’s post on social media, Arsenal have now been added to the list of clubs interested in signing the French starlet. However, Mbappe has claimed that he is happy with Monaco at present, and won’t be looking to secure a move away from the club just yet.
“At the moment I am at Monaco,” the youngster revealed.
“We go along step by step. Madrid is for players at the peak of their careers, and I am not there yet. I have been brought up, and have people around me, to help me keep my feet on the ground. What I want is to play football, score goals, win games and trophies. Every player has their career.”
