The Red Devils have contacted Arsenal about Sanchez, and they have been given signs of encouragement. Apparently, Arsenal have accepted Sanchez’s decision to leave the club, and will entertain reasonable offers for their star player.
Arsenal have been in negotiations with Manchester City over a possible swap deal involving Raheem Sterling and Alexis Sanchez. The Gunners also tried to include Sergio Aguero in their exchange of players, but the Citizens are not ready to let go of either of their star men.
Now that Manchester City’s approach for Sanchez has hit a snag, their arch-rivals might try to steal the player from under their nose.
Mourinho tried to add a wide-man to his squad, but failed to land Ivan Perisic as well as Gareth Bale. The Portuguese coach might try one last time to add another quality player before 31st August.
