Paulo Dybala’s career is not certain to end at his present club Juventus.

The forward joined the Turin-based outfit back in 2015 from Palermo, and since then, he has been a mainstay for the Serie A giants.

The 24-year-old has been in tremendous form, and this season too, he has already scored 12 goals. His consistent form has made him a transfer target of many top-tier clubs like Manchester United, and Spanish heavyweights Barcelona.

Amid such interest from European giants, Dybala accepted in a recent interview with France Football that he won’t promise to stay with the defending Italian champions for long.

“I won’t make any promises, especially since it’s not just down to me,” he stated.

The youngster has an ultimate desire to get his hands on the Ballon d’Or sometime in the future. When asked about how he felt about getting nominated for the prestigious award alongside Leo Messi, he had nothing but praises to sing for his idol.

“I’ve always admired Ronaldinho, but Leo is like Diego Maradona for our generation. It’s an honour to play with him in the national team. He dragged us to the World Cup with his hat-trick against Ecuador and is a born leader,” Dybala commented.

The Argentine also claimed that Brazilian superstar Neymar Jr is much ahead of him at present, and is the closest, apart from Messi and Ronaldo, to win the Ballon d’Or.

“At the moment, Neymar is closer to winning the Ballon d’Or than me, closer to the level of Messi and Ronaldo,” he added.

I have to work to improve and win trophies. Once in front of a bonfire, among friends, we all expressed our deepest desire: mine was to win the Ballon d’Or.”

Dybala also admitted that he misses his former Juventus teammates Paul Pogba and Dani Alves, with whom he shares a very close bond.
