However, the Bernabeu outfit’s interest is far from being shattered, as they reignited their pursuit of the celebrated stopper recently, with United tagging him a massive transfer fee.

Although they did so in the hopes of fending off offers from the Galacticos, the Mancunians have designated their notable goalkeeper a hefty price of around £115 million, reports Spanish outlet SPORT.

Besides, the Red Devils are reportedly set to update his current contract, which is currently set to perish by the summer of 2019.

Regardless, the former Atletico stopper is purportedly demanding wages of £375,000-per-week to continue contributing to the Red Giants rather than trying to facilitate his move to Bernabeu, where he could reasonably acquire even further.

Nonetheless, Florentino Perez might agitate the football fanatics by coughing up huge funds for roping in their long-term target, given the extensive financial chamber he possesses.
