According to Craig Norwood, an agency photographer who specializes in Manchester United‘s transfer activity, the club has deals in place for both Fred and Diogo Dalot.

United have long been linked to Fred, who is one of the members of Brazil’s 23-man squad for the World Cup. The Shakhtar midfielder has cemented his place among Europe’s elite at his position over the course of his stay at the Ukrainian outfit.

He was rumored to be in talks with Manchester City in the January transfer window. His agents flew to England in the event of an eleventh hour bid from United, however, which never came about as the Red Devils waited for City to make one before counter-bidding them.

The Belgian international is reportedly a target for Arsenal this summer, and his departure from Old Trafford is all but confirmed as of now.
