Chelsea are going through a transition of their own these days, after it was revealed that Antonio Conte was relieved of his duties as manager of the Blues after guiding the team to a Premier League and FA Cup crown in successive seasons.
The club has since appointed former Napoli boss Maurizio Sarri to fill in for the departing Italian, but he faces a difficult task of his own in the early days of his new job.
Chelsea risk losing three of their brightest stars in Eden Hazard, Willian, and Thibaut Courtois this window, and realise the fact that there may be no core in the team if the trio does decide to leave West London this summer.
Preparing for the worst case scenario, new manager Sarri has identified one of the players he wants to bring in as a possible replacement in the attacking department.

The Times are reporting that Manchester United winger Anthony Martial may well be the answer to the Blues’ woes amid speculation over the Frenchman’s future at Old Trafford. Manager Jose Mourinho has stood firm on his word that Martial will not be sold, but it is no secret that the player is frustrated at the club and wants out.
And though the Belgian’s departure would be a huge blow for the English giants, Martial could fit the bill in terms of his position on the pitch.
One problem that has been identified, however, is the asking price of Martial, currently estimated at €100m by Manchester United.
The disgruntled Frenchman may be one of the prime targets for Sarri, but the manager has also been linked with a move for Russian sensation Aleksandr Golovin in recent times, perhaps in keeping with the alleged departure of Willian to Barcelona.
