Juventus have offered Douglas Costas’ services to Manchester United in the hopes of signing Paul Pogba in return.
The Bianconeri have supposedly been in pursuit of their former midfielder ever since he expressed his unhappiness at the Theatre of Dreams under former manager Jose Mourinho.
However, things have drastically changed since the Portuguese tactician’s departure from Old Trafford. Under new boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, Pogba has been a completely renewed player, with all his performances being world-class.
But that hasn’t affected Juventus’ stance on the France international. They remain interested in Pogba, and to tempt Manchester United towards accepting the deal, they are set to offer one of their own players in return.

According to Italian outlet Tuttosport, the Old Lady outfit will readily sanction Douglas Costa’s move in the opposite direction to boost their own chances of landing Pogba.
The newspaper’s front page on Friday carried the headline: ‘The Bianconeri insist on the French world champion.’
It is very unlikely for the Manchester United hierarchy to even consider selling a happy Paul Pogba, as multiple sources have repeatedly indicated that they wish to build their team around the 2018 World Cup winner.
And while the addition of Costa will be a welcome one at the Premier League club, the Red Devils would very much prefer to negotiate for the Brazilian winger separately.
