What Dybala Said About Playing With Paul Pogba ‘Again’

Paul Pogba could play a crucial role in helping Manchester United sign Paulo Dybala.

The Juventus forward has been heavily linked with a switch to Old Trafford of late, in a potential swap deal that would see Romelu Lukaku head the other way.

Reports indicate that most things have already been agreed, and the completion of this deal hinges on whether or not Dybala agrees to join the Mancunian outfit.

The Argentine international has also attracted interest from Tottenham Hotspur, but Manchester United seem to hold the edge in this transfer race, partly thanks to their talismanic midfielder.

The mere presence of Paul Pogba in the Manchester United squad could end up convincing Dybala to join the Red Devils this summer.

This claim is backed by the comments Dybala himself made following Juventus’ group stage encounter with United in last season’s Champions League, wherein he expressed his desire to reunite with the French international.

“The first match was amazing for me, the second amazing for him,” Dybala had stated (via M.E.N.). “We have remained in touch since he left. We’re still very close and who knows, maybe in the future we can play together again.”

Both Pogba and Dybala formed an impressive partnership during their time together at Juve, and perhaps Agent P could once again pull some strings and help his side land their desired transfer target.
