Twitter Reactions To Giroud Taunting Arsenal Fans After Providing An Assist
Arsene Wenger’s Arsenal – who were looking genuine title contenders in the early months of the season – are now battling for the 4th spot in the league table, going yet another season without a major trophy.
Many Arsenal fans have voiced their dissatisfaction with manager Arsene Wenger throughout the season, and some fans even decided to display their protest in Arsenal’s league face-off against Norwich at the Emirates earlier today, by vocally expressing their displeasure in the 12th minute of the game.
However, many fans used the same opportunity to show their support for the Frenchman by opposing the protesting fans.
And it wasn’t just one half of the fans that opposed the protesters, as Olivier Giroud was seen taunting the protesting supporters as well, when the striker celebrated assisting Welbeck’s goal against Norwich by cupping his hand to his ear.
The taunt was aimed at the fans who booed Wenger’s decision to bring off Iwobi for Welbeck, as many expected Giroud to be the man to get subbed off.

Wenger leaves Giroud on, who then assists Welbeck. The man's a genius, give him a new contract. TEN MORE YEARS!
