French giants Paris Saint-Germain have offered their defender Serge Aurier a new three-year deal that will run until 2022, according to France Football.

But the catch is, he hasn’t responded to it and this has caught the attention of some of the biggest footballing parties. The 24-year-old is considered as one of the best attacking full-backs, and this has seen him earning the attention of Manchester United, Liverpool and Manchester City.

But with PSG buying Thomas Meunier, under Unai Emery, Aurier has lost his place in the starting XI and is playing as a second fiddle to the Belgian, and this might prove out to be a big factor in him not signing the new extension.

Back in November, it was reported that Manchester City sent their representatives in Ivory Coast’s friendly against France to watch the player, and the fact that both Sagna and Zabaleta aren’t getting younger, further makes the 24-year-old Aurier more vulnerable for Manchester City.

And with him having an ability to play on either flank, Liverpool are expected to play their card as well, but PSG are looking quite reluctant to let him go. But besides these Premier League giants, Barcelona are in the herd as well.

There is no denying the fact that the Catalonians are in a dire need of a natural full-back, as both Sergi Roberto and Aleix Vidal have failed to deliver the goods.

With that being said and done, it will now be interesting to see where Aurier ends up being next season.
