Manchester United Ready To Spend £170m On Star Attacking Duo This Summer
Jose Mourinho wants to break his spending spree from the previous season, and is eyeing two of the biggest strikers in Europe.
The Red Devils were dealt a huge blow, after it was revealed that Swedish talisman and club’s top goalscorer Zlatan Ibrahimovic is ruled out of the sport till January next season. This has left the club a bit short of attacking talent, and Mourinho is convinced that he needs to spend big this summer to fill this void.
And according to English news outfit Independent, the manager is eyeing a double swoop for Antoine Griezmann and Andrea Belotti this summer.
Both players have been terrific in front of goal this season, and can play together in a system under Jose Mourinho, and the report claims that he is ready to spend £170m on the two players before the start of next season.

The deal, however, has its own issues. Griezmann is only ready to talk after Manchester United qualify for the Champions League, while Belotti could cost nothing less than £84m this summer.
They may be able to pursue the Frenchman to join the club either way, but it is understood that they are not ready to meet Belotti’s valuation, and are looking to negotiate with Torino over a possible move this summer.
The Red Devils are also set to lose Wayne Rooney at the end of the season so this reduces the wage burden on the club, and Mourinho is ready to take full advantage of this situation and wants to get the best players in Europe to his club at the end of the season.
