Karim Benzema Hints At A Potential Transfer After Posing With A Premier League Legend
Real Madrid’s 4-1 win over Juventus in the Champions League final on Saturday may have brought in some good news for United fans as well. Los Blancos star Karim Benzema shared a picture with Sir Alex Ferguson after the final, that has led to the Red Devils’ fans exploding on Twitter as a reaction to the post.
The Real No. 9 won his third winner’s medal of Europe’s top competition on Saturday, and while the Frenchman did not get his name on the score sheet, he still performed well throughout the game before getting substituted in the 77th minute.
Post-game, the striker met with United’s legendary manager, Sir Alex Ferguson, and shared their picture on social media. But the thing that got the fans talking was what the French striker quoted along with the photo.

“Fergie time. Nice to see you Sir Alex #Legend #Boss #Respect,” read the post’s caption.
Man Utd are looking for a replacement for striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic after his season was cut short due to injury, and with reports suggesting that the Red Devils won’t be giving a new contract to the Swede, the club has been keen on bringing in a new striker – a player with the quality of Karim Benzema.
The France international has scored 11 goals and bagged 5 assists in 29 La Liga appearances for the Spanish giants this season, and while some fans seem excited to see the 29-year-old switch to the Premier League, others believe that the post was simply uploaded in the spur of the moment.
