Adnan Januzaj, who has been out on loan spells for the last 2 years, is being pursued with an offer for a permanent transfer by Spanish side Real Sociedad.

For the last two seasons, the Belgian winger has been an outcast at Manchester United, as he was sent out on two unsuccessful loan spells at Borussia Dortmund and Sunderland.

The attacker, who has now returned to United, has just one year left on his contract with the Red Devils, but Jose Mourinho doesn’t seem to have the player in his future plans – meaning Real Sociedad could cut a cheap deal to secure his services.

Adnan Januzaj was one of the top rated teenagers in England a few years ago, but his progress has halted over the last two years. The 22-year-old was the standout player for Manchester United under David Moyes in the 2013-14 season, but his career has failed to take off since.

According to Marca, Real Sociedad are hoping that a deal in the region of €10 million can be struck, and it would be a fair price for the Belgian international.

Moreover, in order to get their bid accepted, the La Liga club could also offer higher percentage of a future sell-on fee to Manchester United.

Januzaj’s most recent loan move to Sunderland was a big disappointment, as the player couldn’t help the club avoid relegation. The midfielder also failed to score a single goal for the Black Cats during the entire 2016-17 campaign.
