Italian giants Inter Milan have named their price for Manchester United target Ivan Perisic, and set a deadline till June 30 for the Premier League side to meet it.

The 28-year-old has been a target for Jose Mourinho all summer, and the winger too is keen to join the Old Trafford club. But Inter Milan continue to play hardball, as they are not prepared to let Perisic leave below their valued price.

According to a report in the Gazzetta dello Sport, the Serie A club are demanding €50m for the Croatian midfielder. And with Inter needing to raise money to comply with Financial Fair Play rules, the deadline has been set till June 30.

Meanwhile, if Perisic is not sold before the deadline on Friday, Inter may look to sell other assets to raise the required funds within the FFP rules.

United have been strongly linked with the winger throughout the summer, and a deal was expected to be done by now. But the deal hasn’t materialised, and no agreement has been reached between the two clubs yet.

With Inter expected to be more stringent over a fee, the deal could face a possibility of a dead end, as United are not ready to meet Perisic’s valuation, as they feel he should cost lesser.
