Manchester United Finally Agree A Fee For Ivan Perisic
One of the longest stretched transfer sagas of the summer is finally brought to an end, as Manchester United have agreed a £40 million fee with Inter Milan, reports The Sun.
Following a series of failed bids, Manchester United have finally succeeded to strike an agreement with Inter Milan in order to sign their coveted winger. Ivan Perisic is set to become Manchester United’s third signing of the summer, after Victor Lindelof and Romelu Lukaku.
Jose Mourinho has been trying hard all summer to land the Croatian winger, who he believes will be an upgrade over his existing options like Martial and Lingard
The 28-year-old attacker, who last season scored 13 goals and assisted 10 others, is known for high work rate, good heading ability and use of both feet – traits highly admired by the Portuguese coach.

Inter Milan had earlier slapped an asking price of £45 million for the services of their prized asset, with Manchester United offering around £35 million. However, in the latest round of negotiations, the two clubs have decided to meet halfway by agreeing a fee of £40 million.
The Croatian is expected to fly out to USA to meet his new team and complete the final phase of the negotiations.
Manchester United are currently working in the UCLA base at Los Angeles as a part of their US tour. The Red Devils have already played a friendly with LA Galaxy, where they triumphed with a 5-2 scoreline.
