Excited Man United Fans React To ‘Genius’ Nemanja Matic’s Debut On Twitter

Manchester United fans expressed their sheer delight over the impressive performance of their latest signing Nemanja Matic against Sampdoria on Twitter.
When Jose Mourinho completed the signing of the 29-year-old injury-prone defensive midfielder from his former club, many Red Devils’ supporters voiced their doubts as to whether the Serbian international was a positive addition to the Manchester United squad.
Labelled as a ‘Chelsea reject’ following his forced departure from Antonio Conte’s squad, Matic cost the Old Trafford outfit £35 million – a fee several United fans deemed to be over the top.

However, following the midfielder’s performance against Sampdoria in the Reds’ final pre-season fixture on Wednesday, Matic seems to have won over a majority of the Man United supporters. In fact, the club’s fanbase took to Twitter to shower special praise for the player’s impressive debut.
