Liverpool Target Thomas Muller Prefers Old Trafford Move
Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is already planning recruitments for next year, with Thomas Muller rumoured to be one of his targets, as per The Sun.
Jose Mourinho is plotting a move for the unhappy Thomas Muller, to bring the German to Old Trafford next season. The attacker has seen his playing time limited under Carlo Ancelotti at Bayern Munich, and thus, the Portuguese is trying to make the most of the situation by signing the forward and strengthening his squad for next season.
United’s interest in Muller is not something very recent, as it has been around for a few years now. The Bayern striker even admitted that the Red Devils came close to signing him two years ago with a €100 million bid. However, Muller decided to stay put at the Allianz Arena back then, as he felt he was an important part of the squad.

Muller said: “There was a stage when the subject arose two years ago when I considered it but then the club immediately backed me and I was told I belong here. I didn’t have to think about it a great deal after Bayern said ‘We are counting on you, you are an important man for us.”
However, the recent developments are believed to have forced Muller to consider leaving Bayern, with Manchester United his preferred destination.
According to additional reports on this story, Chelsea, Liverpool, and Arsenal all are keeping tabs on his current situation in Bavaria as well.
