Paul Pogba, who has been sidelined for several weeks due to a hamstring injury, is set to mark his return to action for Manchester United right after the international break, as per reports.

The 24-year-old, who was pulled off on September 12 owing to a hamstring issue, is expected to be available for the fixture against Newcastle on November 18 at Old Trafford, according to Mirror.

The Red Devils currently reside in the second position in the league table, separated from Manchester City in the first spot by a margin of eight points. However, Jose Mourinho is sure to acquire a huge boost if the Frenchman returns to the squad before their upcoming hectic Premier League schedule.

Furthermore, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Marcos Rojo are also making promising advancements in their fitness levels, hinting at potential returns soon enough.

Moreover, the Portuguese tactician might still look to add more reinforcements in January, but the Red Devils might first need to sell some of their current players. Notwithstanding Ed Woodward’s efforts to acquire a fourth signing last summer, the Old Trafford hierarchy apparently wishes to keep an escalating wage bill under control.
