Champions League Giants To Make A €70m Offer For United Superstar
Spanish Champions Real Madrid are hoping to get back to business with Premier League giants Manchester United, in order to secure the services of their long-term target David De Gea when the transfer window reopens next summer.
De Gea has been on Real’s priority list for the last few years, and he came extremely close to joining them in 2015, but the move fell after Los Blancos reportedly sent a late fax during the deadline day.
The Spaniard then decided to pen down a new big contract, which eventually tied him at Old Trafford until the summer 2019. He has since been in sensational form for the Red Devils.

However, recent reports from El Larguero on Cadena Ser radio claim that Zinedine Zidane is desperate to sign him, and hence, the Frenchman has asked the club’s top officials to cover the expenses required to lure the shot-stopper back to the Spanish capital.
The defending Champions League winners are reportedly willing to pay €70 million for the ex-Atletico Madrid goalkeeper next summer.
Meanwhile, contrary reports suggest that Real are also interested in Athletic Bilbao’s Kepa Arrizabalaga, who is also De Gea’s deputy with the Spanish national team. The 23-year-old will be out of contract at San Mames next summer.
