VIDEO: No One Can Believe What Özil Did Against Huddersfield
Mesut Özil is an orchestrator in the midfield area, and a technically gifted player. But what the German did during Arsenal’s previous Premier League outing against Huddersfield was expected by nobody.
Özil’s performance against the newly promoted side was a treat to watch. The former Real Madrid man maintained control over the midfield throughout the 90 minutes, and managed to showcase one of his best individual performances of this season.
In the second half, the German international managed to secure an incredible tally of a goal and 2 assists under a mere 4 minutes. However, despite the incredible output, what surprised everyone the most was the midfield maestro’s technique that secured the goal for him.
Though initially it seemed like the Arsenal playmaker cheekily chipped Lössel, replays from a new angle shows something of utter brilliance.

For those who are narrowing their eyes and calling it a fluke, the Gunners faithful made it clear that the world knew their superstar has shown this ability before.

Nevertheless, despite the harsh criticism and abuse from many supports and pundits, the 29-year-old is back to his very best. Grabbing two man of the match awards in his last two outings is something even a neutral fan would be happy to see.
