There’s A Massive Late Twist In The Alexis Sanchez Transfer Saga
Alexis Sanchez’s contract extension talks of apocryphal origins had loomed over the headlines until the transfer window opened, and household names like City and United marked their interest in the Chile international.
However, Pep Guardiola, following a meeting with the club chairman Khaldoon El Mubarak, had later on announced that City were pulling out of the race for the Arsenal star, clearing a path for the Old Trafford outfit to swoop for the talented attacker.
It almost seemed that the Gunners’ star would inevitably fancy his chances at Old Trafford.

Furthermore, it was reported earlier that Sanchez loved his life in London, and a few sources even claimed the forward had inclinations towards a move to Stamford Bridge.
Regardless, with the title hopes gone, Conte might sign the instrumental figure to fortify his offence, in order to make his stand in the Champions League.
But taking into consideration the contenders United, and their massive financial resources, Chelsea would obviously not have it easy, especially with Mourinho equally determined to rope in the player.
