Jose Mourinho Urged To Sign Two ‘Magical’ Players
Paul Scholes has urged Manchester United to sign two ‘magical’ players following their defeat to Chelsea in the FA Cup final.
The Red Devils suffered a 1-0 defeat at Wembley thanks to Eden Hazard’s penalty goal in the first half, despite having enjoyed a majority of the possession during the game.
After the game, social media was rife with some unfavourable and heated comments from the Mancunian outfit’s supporters, with most fans complaining more about the poor performance than the defeat itself.
Club legend Paul Scholes had similar feedback to add during his post-match analysis, wherein he claimed that Jose Mourinho’s team lacked a proper ‘big player’ capable of making a difference.

Speaking on BT Sport, the Englishman stated: “They need a big player. Pogba does not win you games on your own, Sanchez doesn’t… Hazard does. They thought Sanchez could but he hasn’t. They have to improve. They need that magical player, two magical players.

“They’ve got really good players but they haven’t got a Hazard, a [Lionel] Messi, a [Cristiano] Ronaldo. The difference today was Hazard. Manchester United just don’t have that. Having said that, I don’t think they’re too far away.”
However, the Portuguese tactician might be on the verge of fixing this issue at this very moment, as United have been heavily linked with the likes of Gareth Bale and Willian, amongst other talented players.
