What Furious Jose Mourinho Told His Players After FA Cup Defeat
Jose Mourinho has issued an ultimatum to all his players following the end of the 2017-18 campaign.
The Reds Devils did improve their league stats from the previous season by finishing second in the table this time around, but the fact that Man City finished first with a 19-point lead severely dulled United’s achievements.
Moreover, despite having competed for four trophies apart from the Premier League title, the Mancunians ended this campaign trophyless, with naught more than a handful of impressive performances and results to show for the entire season.
Jose Mourinho continues to enjoy full backing of the club, however, and he is expected to not only bring in world-class reinforcements through the summer transfer window, but also get the best out of star players like Paul Pogba and Alexis Sanchez next season.

And the Portuguese appears to have begun working on it already, if the latest report from The Sun is to be believed.
The English news outlet has revealed that during the final weeks of the 2017-18 season, Mourinho passionately addressed all his players, and handed them a crucial ultimatum: Either back him up, or head out the Old Trafford exit door straightaway.

The former Chelsea and Real Madrid gaffer also made it clear that he is at Manchester United to win, and he shall win in his own style and manner, whether anyone likes it or not.
The Special One has always been a manager who is willing to die for his players, and he naturally expects his players to do the same in return. Therefore, any player unwilling to offer his full support to the boss is likely to be offloaded this summer itself.
Following the departure of Rui Faria, Jose has already begun reshuffling his backroom staff, and it won’t be long until he does the same with the squad, and comes out all guns blazing next season.
