Jose Mourinho Has Found A Player To Replace Juan Mata
Manchester United are interested in Russia’s World Cup poster-boy Aleksandr Golovin, who could potentially replace Juan Mata.
The Red Devils are expected to be one of the busiest clubs in the transfer market this summer, after Jose Mourinho’s men fell way behind local rivals Manchester City in the league table.
They are now looking to improve on several areas of the squad, and Golovin is just one of the many players that Mourinho is desperate to bring to Old Trafford this summer.
Manchester United are also linked with a move for Austria’s Marko Arnautovic, who was in decent form for West Ham United in the recent season.

In fact, earlier reports suggested that the Portuguese tactician, who was present in Innsbruck for Austria’s 1-0 win over Russia in a friendly recently, was scouting for the former Stoke City man.
However, it is now understood that Arnautic was not the only player Mourinho had his eyes on.

The manager has already worked with West Ham forward during their time at Inter Milan, and has kept a close eye on him even after the player’s arrival in the Premier League.
In his scouting mission at the Austrian Alps, however, Jose actually focused on the performance of Golovin.

The 22-year old, who broke into the first team at CSKA Moscow a couple of years ago, is now one of the most crucial parts of the Russian squad for the World Cup, and was in impressive form in the recent season.
He is valued at £15m, and reports from The Sun suggest that United are ready to meet his valuation before the start of next season.
The young talent is being touted as a replacement for Juan Mata, who hasn’t been anywhere close to being a fixed starter at the Old Trafford outfit.
Mourinho is also set to lose the likes of Anthony Martial and Marouane Fellaini, and though he has star names lined up as replacements, he might see the Russian ace as a much cheaper solution to the problems at the club.
