Fans Are Loving Diogo Dalot’s Tweet About Rio Ferdinand
Diogo Dalot has taken no time to earn plaudits from Manchester United fans via his latest social media activity.
Jose Mourinho seems to be a man on a mission, as his Manchester United side, though one of the strongest in England, failed to test Manchester City in the title race last season.
He wants to make sure that they go can all the way next season, and is looking to add some quality to his first team, and has already made a couple of signings in Fred and Diogo Dalot.
While the Brazilian international, who is heading to Russia with the national team, is expected to walk into the first team, finally giving Paul Pogba some freedom, young Dalot is a relative unknown and could take time to settle in at Old Trafford.

The FC Porto talent is widely regarded as one of the most exciting youngsters to emerge from Portugal at the moment, and easily the best young full-back in the country.
Mourinho had some serious praise for him, when he described the starlet as a ‘young defender with all the qualities to quickly become a great player for this club’ and also ‘the best full-back in Europe in his age group’.

This will make United fans excited about his arrival, but what has made headlines today is the youngster’s latest tweet about his new club.
The 19-year old, who cost United around £19m, was welcomed by former defender Rio Ferdinand, who took to Twitter to greet him. And Dalot’s reply went viral in no time, earning him loads of respect from the United faithful.

Referring to Ferdinand as a ‘Legend’ has been taken well by the fans, who now believe that he already knows what the club and its players, both current and former, mean to the fans.
Dalot was also happy with his move to United, and expressed his delight at having joined the biggest club in the world. Speaking to the media, he revealed: “Joining Manchester United is an unbelievable opportunity for me.
“I have grown up in Porto’s Academy and I am so thankful for everything they have done for me. But the chance of coming to the biggest club in the world is something I just couldn’t turn down.”
