Marcus Rashford On The Radar Of Three Premier League Clubs
Rafa Benitez’s Newcastle are interested in signing Marcus Rashford on loan this summer.
The English starlet rose to stardom when he stepped in for an injured Anthony Martial in a Europa League tie against Midtjylland. Since then, the 20-year old has reached new heights, and will be representing his country in the 2018 World Cup.
Rashford has made 132 appearances for the Red Devils, scoring 32 goals in all competitions. But he is struggling to receive enough game-time due to the star-studded squad at Jose Mourinho’s disposal.
The forward has been pushed to be played on the wings on most occasions due to the presence of an experienced striker in the team. Last season, he made 35 appearances for United, more than half of which (17) were from the bench.

Mourinho isn’t confident to offer the youngster a starting role just yet. With Romelu Lukaku being the first choice at United at the moment, should Rashford look to ply his trade elsewhere for a season?

Over the weeks, there have been suggestions that Rashford must look to move on a temporary basis.
He could have such opportunities at his disposal, as DailyMail have suggested that three Premier League clubs, viz. Newcastle United, Everton and Leicester City are eyeing a loan move for him this summer.

If given a chance, Rashford must choose to switch clubs next season, as a loan deal could enable him to unlock his full capability and secure more playing minutes at Manchester United in the future.
Mourinho has made it clear that he wouldn’t sell the player anytime soon, and the chances of a loan deal are also slim after Rashford’s performance at Elland Road.
The English striker scored a stunning goal against Costa Rica this week, with his performance likely to earn him a start against Tunisia in the Three Lions’ World Cup opener.
