The struggles of Manchester United have been quite firm in the past seasons. Even though their overall presence in the Premier League has improved considerably, having to function in the shadow of their rivals Manchester City has made even those leaps seem minuscule.
As of such, the side was expected to go into this window with a firm head and invest big.
The signings of Fred and Dalot were crucial pieces of business for vital spots, but everywhere else, their attempts at attaining their targets have been a bit shaky, if not outright frustrating.

As per a report in Tuttosport (via Sports Witness), Willian seems set to head to Old Trafford. The Italian outlet claims that the 29-year-old Brazilian, who has been linked with United for quite a while now, could be a Red Devil soon.
