Following an interesting turn of events, Anthony Martial is now on the verge of extending his stay with the Mancunian giants.
The Frenchman was expected to depart from Manchester in the summer transfer window, with his agent publicly stating that the 22-year-old was looking for a new destination that could offer regular game-time.

The player’s inconsistent form and poor relationship with manager Jose Mourinho did not help his case either, and many believed his Manchester United career would be over sooner rather than later.
But now, the London Evening Standard have revealed that Martial has been offered a brand new 5-year contract by the Red Devils.

This news shall be received quite warmly by the club’s fan-base, as Martial is undoubtedly one of the biggest talents in European football, with the potential to become a world beater if he performs consistently enough.
