While club football is the platform where the players play to impress their national coaches, sometimes, the impact might be the other way around.

Such is the case with Marcus Rashford, as the teenager has become a target for some big clubs after his recent England performance.

After a brilliant display of attacking football, the English striker has become a top priority for Italian champions Juventus.

The youngster helped England shockingly defeat Spain recently with a goal to his name, and constantly threatening David De Gea’s goal throughout the game.

If what The Sun are reporting is true, then Juve are just one of the many big clubs interested in his signature, which is currently valued at £65 million. With the aim of signing him up next year, they will be facing competition for the same.

With 7 goals and 5 assists in 35 appearances for the Mancunian giants last season, Rashford has been constantly developing under Mourinho. However, in a season that has been difficult for the club so far, game time has been tough to find for the striker.

Sources from The Sun state: “Juventus have got their noses pressed to the window for Rashford, and they are ready to make an offer for him. His goal against Spain confirmed that he has what it takes to become an important player.”

The youngster’s contract with the Red Devils expires in 2 years, but they do have an option to activate the one-year extension clause, which will keep him in Manchester till 2021.

Being a Manchester United product through and through, it does not seem likely that the club will let Rashford go to the Old Lady – or anywhere else, for that matter – any time soon.
