It has been quite an eventful week for Manchester United star Paul Pogba.

From dropping a dismal performance against Southampton and enduring a dressing room rant from Jose Mourinho, to finishing 15th in the 2018 Ballon d’Or rankings, the Frenchman must have surely experienced some heavily contrasting emotions.

His display at the St Mary’s as well as the Ballon d’Or list attracted some critical comments on social media, as supporters expressed their frustration with the 25-year-old’s performance, while rival fans lodged their complaints with what they believed to be an undeservingly high ranking.

While these things are a regular occurrence when it comes to the high-profile players on social media, what the World Cup winner would not have expected was a troll comment from one of his own teammates.

Pogba’s fellow Red Devil, David De Gea, was seen posting a hilarious comment on the latest video uploaded by the midfielder on his Instagram account.

The post was about an advertisement of the new ‘Call of Duty Black Ops 4’ game. The video, captioned “I love this game #BlackOps4 @CallOfDuty,” features the France international trying out and enjoying the brand new virtual gameplay.

However, the post was straightaway shut down by a rogue comment from De Gea, which read: “You’ve never picked up a controller in your life.”

Hilarious banter from Manchester United‘s Spanish custodian!
