How Pogba Reacted After Mourinho Dropped Him For Past Two Games

Paul Pogba was left shocked after being benched for two successive games by Jose Mourinho.
It all started on Manchester United‘s previous Champions League match-day, when the manager fielded a side without Paul Pogba against the Young Boys at Old Trafford.
The Frenchman was included in the starting lineup in the following Premier League encounter against Southampton, wherein he was arguably the poorest United player on the pitch. In fact, reports indicate that Jose even lashed out at the midfielder in the dressing room after the game.
Pogba was immediately demoted to the bench post the 2-2 draw with Saints. The World Cup winner did make a 15-minute cameo against Arsenal, but Scott McTominay was preferred over the 25-year-old in the subsequent fixture against Fulham.

Now, The Guardian have revealed that this unexpected exclusion and unfavourable treatment from the boss has absolutely “shocked” Paul Pogba feeling.
Further, the report adds that the Manchester United record signing fully intends to have a word with Mourinho if this kind of treatment continues in the weeks to come.

Pogba is set to start the Red Devils’ upcoming UCL game against Valencia, however, as confirmed by the gaffer in his pre-match press conference.
“I’m looking for him (Pogba) to play well and to have a good impact in the game and a good impact in the team – a team with many players that don’t have many miles on their legs,” Mourinho had stated.
But when asked as to why he was unable to get the best out of the star midfielder, Jose replied: “I don’t think your question goes in the direction of what I want to answer or listen [to]. I don’t like your question. You can put the question from another direction, I don’t like the direction.”
