Alexis Sanchez Reacts Furiously To The Sun’s Controversial Bet Allegation
Alexis Sanchez has hit out at English tabloid The Sun for their controversial allegations.
In an exclusive report, the newspaper claimed that Alexis was delighted with the news of Jose Mourinho’s sacking, and revelled in the Portuguese tactician’s shock dismissal.
In fact, the Manchester United superstar is even alleged to have sent a Whatsapp message to his fellow teammate Marcos Rojo over an inconceivable bet, which supposedly read: “I told you so!! Patience is all it takes. Rojo you owe me £20k.”
The source further pointed out the 30-year-old’s social media activity, wherein the forward can be seen eating cake and celebrating his birthday. However, his actions are being misconstrued as celebrations of Jose Mourinho’s exit.

While the report seems heavily bizarre and unbelievable by itself, Sanchez has now taken to Twitter to furiously hit back at The Sun, and clarify his own stance regarding the sacking of his former boss.
Alexis tweeted: “This is FALSE!!! José gave me the chance to play for the best team in the world, and I only have gratitude for him. We are a truly United team. We are MANCHESTER UNITED. Respect. I can’t wait to help the team! Good luck tomorrow family!”

The former Arsenal man continues to recover and regain full fitness in his native homeland, due to which he has missed Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s initial training sessions.
Now, it remains to be seen whether the star forward can also get back to his best under his new gaffer’s brand new attacking philosophy.
