Chelsea Reach Verbal Agreement With Borussia Dortmund Star
Christian Pulisic is finding it difficult at Borussia Dortmund this season. The 20-year-old has been forced to spend most of his time on the bench, as Jadon Sancho and Bruun-Larsen have run the show for the Black and Yellows.
The American wonderkid seems to have decided to make a move in the upcoming transfer window, as he looks for regular playing time.
A number of Premier League clubs are interested in the player, and have contacted his representatives in recent weeks. Reports suggest that Liverpool, Arsenal, and Chelsea are willing to pounce on Pulisic in January, but it looks like the race might be over already.
According to a report in BILD, Borussia Dortmund have agreed on a £45 million transfer fee with Chelsea, which will see the American International make the move to Stamford Bridge at end of this season.

The Blues were hoping that Pulisic could join in January, as Maurizio Sarri looks to secure Champions League football for next season. But the Bundesliga giants were unwilling to let him go at this stage.
Pulisic’s move to Chelsea would be a huge blow for Jurgen Klopp, who was hoping to sign the winger in January. The former Dortmund boss is said to be a huge admirer of the player, and was hoping that the American could reduce the workload on Mane, Salah, and Firmino.
The 20-year-old’s move to Chelsea hints that Eden Hazard could be on the move at the end of the season. The Belgian International has postponed talks over a new contract until summer, as he looks to force a move to Real Madrid.
Florentino Perez had made an attempt to sign him as a replacement for Ronaldo last summer, but Chelsea were reluctant, and the talks broke down eventually.
