Manchester United will be happy to have gotten rid of Jose Mourinho. The arrival of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has turned around the fortunes of the club. A team that didn’t look likely to even challenge for Europa League football is now in the fourth place and looks set to stay there.

PSG will prove to be a daunting opponent for the Red Devils, but one that they’ll be eager to beat. With the arrival of the Norwegian, the unsure mentality that Mourinho’s days settled at the club is now a faraway sight. Winning is once more an attainable goal at Old Trafford.

However, after the Portuguese gaffer’s sacking, it was speculated that numerous clubs would be vying for his signature. However, his next job is a different one from what many would have been speculating.

As per MEN, Mourinho will take up the role of a pundit until the start of next season. The former Chelsea and Real Madrid boss did feature heavily for beIN sports in that particular role.

But now, Mourinho will fulfill that duty in a more concrete fashion. The former gaffer will feature for Russia Today in ‘On the touchline with Jose Mourinho’.

The show will feature the tactician providing his inputs on the various rounds of the UEFA Champions League. The show will begin broadcasting from March 7, and the gaffer has reportedly signed a contract until June 1, covering the entire Champions League.

It is interesting that this side-gig as a pundit has come to Mourinho. However, it is all but certain that this isn’t the career the decorated manager will stick to. A number of clubs have been linked with him as of recent, and the summer will certainly see him in action with a new side.

For now, it will be interesting to see what the angle of his analysis will be on the first leg between Manchester United and PSG.
