The Club Romelu Lukaku Is Likely To Join If He Quits Manchester United
Romelu Lukaku’s arrival at Manchester United was hailed as a massive hurrah. The long-drawn transfer battle with Chelsea, the injury to Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and the general form of the then-Everton striker all contributed to the hype.
In fact, his opening days weren’t bad either, the goals were flowing well, and his slowness and bad games were generally ignored or overshadowed by Jose Mourinho’s own flaws.
However, this season, his goal drought and sluggish style of play led even Mourinho, who is a great admirer of the Belgian, to bench him towards the end of his tenure.
As for Solskjaer, Marcus Rashford has established himself quite well as the primary striker under the Norwegian. The few roles that Lukaku gets to fulfill these days comes either from the bench, or in a position that isn’t his natural style.

As of recent, he did comment that he’d play in whatever position is assigned to him, but a recent report puts this claim in a different light.
As per The Sun, if Manchester United decide to sell Lukaku in the summer, the Belgian has made it clear that his preferred destination would be Juventus.
The report cited an Old Trafford source to have stated: “Lukaku’s preferred destination would be Juventus if he leaves the club. He is an absolutely massive fan of Ronaldo.

“He has lost his regular spot but not rocked the boat at all so far. The feelers are already out in both camps. We’ll have to wait and see but it’s going to be a busy summer.”
The Old Lady is reported to be interested in the deal in anticipation of Paulo Dybala allegedly getting ready to depart the Italian giants.
Further, it is understood that United will move forward with the deal only if they are able to recover the £75 million that was paid for the striker back in 2017.
