Mason Greenwood has a bright future at Manchester United, and the academy product is showing his attributes consistently on the pitch.
The 17-year-old made a home debut appearance in the Premier League over the weekend, and he looks very likely to be the real deal in the years to come.
Greenwood, who is one of United’s most promising youth players at the moment, has won the hearts of the fans with a scintillating display for the Red Devils in the Premier League 2 Division 2 match against Newcastle United.
The Old Trafford unit ran clear winners after thrashing their opponents 5-0, wherein Greenwood played a hand after scoring a sublime free-kick.

The teenager fired in United’s fourth goal of the night with a whipped, left-footed effort from all of 35 yards. The goal has become the talk of the town amongst United’s supporters.
Greenwood also took his overall season tally to 24 goals in 26 appearances this term after his double against Newcastle.
This was United’s first win in the league since December 16, 2018. Tahith Chong, who has made a few appearances in the senior team this term, also got his name on the scoresheet with a well-taken effort from 18 yards.
Greenwood’s sturdy display and the mouth-watering goal sent United fans into a frenzy, and they took to social media site Twitter to praise the youngster.
Some feel that the kid should already be a part of the senior team, with the attitude as well as the performances he has been displaying in the second division.
