Gary Neville Brutally Trolled Liverpool After Man City’s Title Win
Gary Neville mocked Liverpool on social media following Man City’s Premier League title win.
Man City became the first side to successfully defend the Premier League trophy since Manchester United in 2008/09, following their 4-1 win over Brighton.
City’s closest title rivals, Liverpool won against Wolves, however, they still finished one point behind.
Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher took to Twitter to congratulate ‘worthy winners’ Man City, and also trolled Manchester United, who lost to Cardiff City at Old Trafford.

He tweeted: “Congratulations to Man City worthy winners of the PL, great effort from LFC & 1 more win away from number 6 don’t forget! Man United can’t beat Cardiff & the blues are as bad as ever!!”
Gary Neville, Man Utd legend and Carragher’s fellow Sky Sports colleague, responded by sharing a photoshopped image of Liverpool celebrating coming second.
