Adrien Rabiot has confirmed Juventus and Manchester United are interested in his services.
With his Paris Saint-Germain contract all set to expire come July, Rabiot is expected to depart from the Ligue 1 outfit on a free transfer.
Despite his supposedly problematic attitude, the Frenchman has been on the receiving end of enormous interest, with clubs well aware of the talent he possesses.
One such interested party is Manchester United, with the English outfit eager to strengthen their midfield department following a poor season.
After having approved the sales of midfielders Marouane Fellaini and Ander Herrera – the latter seemingly on the verge of joining PSG – manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is now looking to bring in apt replacements.
In his search for reinforcements, the Norwegian has identified Rabiot as a potential target. And now, the player himself has confirmed interest from Manchester United, whilst also revealing that he has held initial talks with Juventus.
“I’ve spoken with Juventus, it’s a great club where everyone would like to play,” Rabiot told Corriere dello Sport.
“I like Italy so much, it’s wonderful here. A demanding season awaits me. At Juventus? Juve watched me and we talked about it, but I can’t say anything.”
Then addressing the links to Old Trafford, the 24-year-old added: “Manchester United? It’s the same as last year, I have to decide. I’m on vacation for now. Soon you will know.”
