Both Solskjaer And Rodgers Eager To Finalise Harry Maguire Transfer
Managers of both Manchester United and Leicester City are eager to complete the transfer of Harry Maguire.
Following his extended break, Maguire finally joined up with his fellow club teammates for the pre-season training camp in France last week.
Immediately upon his return, the centre-back made his intentions about securing a transfer away from the King Power outfit quite clear – to the management as well as his fellow teammates.
With his decision out in the open, the Foxes no longer intend to stand in his way of securing an exit this summer, as long as they get their desired fee in return.

In fact, according to Mirror, both Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Brendan Rodgers are eager to see this deal edge past the finish line.
Solskjaer hopes the signing of his prime defensive target can be made official as soon as possible, so that Manchester United can turn their focus onto recruiting midfield reinforcements.

Rodgers, on the other hand, would be left with a decent crop of defenders post the 26-year-old’s departure, and therefore, he intends to use the Maguire funds to strengthen other departments of his squad.
Nonetheless, the Foxes continue to be linked with a number of centre-back options, viz. Burnley’s James Tarkowski, and Bournemouth duo Nathan Ake and Lewis Dunk.
