Real Madrid Have Told Pogba And His Agent Raiola To ‘Keep Mouths Shut’
Paul Pogba’s potential exit from Manchester United has certainly become a worthwhile talking point and has taken up the shape of a true transfer saga.
While it was expected that a deal would materialize immediately after the French midfielder openly stated that he was looking for a new challenge, the transfer hasn’t occurred yet.
Real Madrid are the outspoken suitors of his signature and it goes without saying that Pogba would fill a crucial spot in their roster.
However, Manchester United’s stubbornness over not selling their valued midfielder and their refusal to negotiate his enormous pricetag is proving to be a see-saw factor here.

Now, AS (via Sports Witness) reports that Madrid have told both Pogba and his agent, Mino Raiola, to be tight-lipped about the saga and to not make any statements.
In particular, it is being reported that Raiola has been told to not interfere with the affairs, a feat he partially succeeded in doing recently by reaffirming that Pogba wished to depart Old Trafford.
It seems that this is an effort on part of Los Blancos to not displease United and their supporters and if true, is certainly a commendable gesture of professionality.

However, the damage may already have been done as several supporters are unhappy with Pogba’s earlier statement and the fact that Raiola may be working hard to achieve an exit.
The agent’s earlier deeds certainly took away a bit of negotiating power from the Red Devils, who are eager to hang on to the World Cup winner. Recent reports had even indicates that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer may name him the club’s captain as a gesture of how important he is to the Mancunian outfit.
The report adds that if Madrid can’t secure the deal in time for United to purchase a replacement prior to August 8, the transfer will certainly not occur.
