Cristiano Ronaldo’s Portugal clashed head on with Serbia in a thrilling Euro 2020 qualifier on Saturday night, with the game ending 4-2 in favour of the reigning European champions.
Thanks to goals from William Carvalho, Goncalo Guedes, Bernardo Silva and Ronaldo himself, Portugal now sit second in Group B, eight points behind leaders Ukraine.
After helping his side secure three valuable points on the pitch, the Juventus superstar was involved in a touching moment off it after the match.
The 34-year-old was seen meeting with Manchester United’s Serbian superstar Nemanja Matic and his children, who are known to be huge fans of the forward.
Ronaldo was seen high-fiving and clicking pictures with the children. Watch their interaction here:

This isn’t the first time Matic’s kids have interacted with their idol. A few months ago, Ronaldo had sent a special video message directly to the Manchester United midfielder.
“Hello, Filip Matic, this is just to say hello, I know you are a fan,” Ronaldo had said in the video message. “I see the other day, Luka showed me you do it like me [goal celebration]. So take care, see you soon, bye.”
