Inducing smiles across the faces of supporters, Manchester United full-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka has openly disclosed that he’s inspired by the electrifying reaction he receives every single time he showcases his signature ability on the pitch.
With only two players above him in terms of successful tackles made this season, the 22-year-old has been producing tangible results ever since he arrived at Old Trafford from Crystal Palace this summer.
Consequently, the youngster is on the receiving end of tremendous support from the United fans which has boosted his morale by a great margin evident from the statements he has made concerning the club.
The £50 million signing told United’s official website that he’s contented with his life at United, and believes things are only going to get better for him. He told the Manchester United Website: “I’m happy with the team and what we’ve done together, so far, and I think there’s more to come.
“That’s why I joined, to be a part of such a great club. The fans have been great. They help me in every game and their reactions to my tackles help me a lot during games. It’s nice to hear the praise.”
Moreover, the former Crystal Palace defender added that he’s reluctant to look at the numbers, in connection to his successful tackles, at least until the end of the season. He proclaimed: “At the end of the season, I’ll look back.
“It’s always good to know the numbers are high.”
Relieving a vast majority of the supporters, the youngster who started out as a winger in the Crystal Palace academy, would therefore at least see out a few more seasons at Old Trafford, evident from his impressions about the club and his career there.
