Chelsea Close To Sign Man Utd Target Jadon Sancho In £120m Deal

Chelsea are now favourites to sign Jadon Sancho for a club record fee of £120 million, as per the Sun.

The Borussia Dortmund star has been on a banger of forms this season with 11 goals and 12 assists in all competitions.

However, it was reported not long ago that Sancho feels unsettled after being subjected to disciplinary actions by Dortmund. The Englishman has already been fined twice this season and was subbed off in the first half against Bayern Munich.

Following these events, the teenager was left feeling betrayed and unprotected by his club. And soon after it was reported that the Bundesliga side would be open to cashing in on him as soon as the upcoming January transfer window.

Meanwhile, Chelsea have come into the frame at the right time to lure away the youngster. Liverpool are reportedly bemused by the German club’s valuation of the starlet whilst Manchester United are continuously monitoring his situation closely.

However, now the Londoners are said to be favourites to sign the young winger. Frank Lampard’s side are said to be prepared to pay the Westfalonstadion outfit’s valuation of £120 million. Moreover, the English giants are reportedly ready to make the signing of the England international and then loan him back to the Germans for the rest of the season, similar to their deal for Christian Pulisic.

Roman Abramovich is said to be viewing the Manchester City academy graduate as an Eden Hazard replacement and would be ready to break the bank to prize him away from the Bundesliga.

Though Pulisic has managed to do well for the Blues, the void left by Hazard seems to be too big to occupy as of now. And maybe, the former City man could be the one player the Premier League side need to complete the puzzle.
