Speculations had arisen last year that Paul Pogba was looking for greener pastures elsewhere in the hopes of committing his future to another club instead of Manchester United.

Although the midfielder hasn’t publicly spoken anything concerning a desire to move away, his agent Mino Raiola had revealed in the past that his client may fancy a transfer.

The Frenchman has been out since September of 2019 following an ankle injury which left a serious hole in the midfield of the Mancunians until Bruno Fernandes arrived to patch it up.

Approaching the last two years left in his deal, the star was expected to leave Old Trafford by the end of this season.

However, providing the supporters with a spell of relief, DailyMail reports that the France international is considering his future at the Theatre of Dreams being contended there, even looking to extend his contract for a couple more years.

Plus another factor which’s going to have a major impact on the talented playmaker’s decision would be if United continue their good form and ensure the Champions League action for next year.

The 26-year-old is reportedly prepared to make it to the starting XI having done team training this week, and is hoping to link-up with Bruno Fernandes, who has been sensational since his arrival.

If executed properly, the creative duo could multiply the attacking potential of United, providing the club with enough horsepower to make progress in the Champions League as well.

And as per the recent reports, a new deal at Old Trafford would see the Frenchman’s wage upgrade to £400,000 a week, as he already earns around £300,000 a week.

Amidst the growing concerns owing to the coronavirus, the supporters are expecting the ex-Juve attacker to stay at least for another few years to see their club rise up to great heights, with Pogba being a player of enough calibre for such contributions.
