Bruno Fernandes Trolled By Cristiano Ronaldo On Instagram
The COVID-19 crisis has halted normal life globally. Lovers of football have to do without the game as most of the world battles the pandemic with an unprecedented lockdown.
Sportspersons are doing their best to stay fit while maintaining the social distancing norms. As such, their activity and exercises are limited to their living rooms.
In a bid to promote this ethos, Nike initiated the Living Room Cup as a means of a social media challenge.
As such, social media is the venue for yet another challenge as the individuals try to see how many ab crunches they can do in 45 seconds.
This has resulted in quite a bit of banter.
Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes and his compatriot Cristiano Ronaldo were involved in an intriguing exchange about the challenge. The fresh Red Devil had succeeded in competing 117 crunches. However, Ronaldo’s own attempt earlier on makes that figure look like child’s play as he notched an impressive 142.
Mocking Fernandes for the paltry comparative amount, Ronaldo then commented on his Instagram story asking the 25-year-old to “train his arms instead”.
A decent bit of banter between the talented footballers.

As for the challenge itself, it was South African Olympic sprinter who came out with a brilliant figure of 176 crunches.
Referring to Ronaldo’s figure, she stated: “Hola fellas thanks to Cristiano for his challenge, the beast himself did his best, I also manage to scoop 176 in that space of 45 seconds.”
Till football resumes, such challenges will be the most action that these stars and their fans will be involved in.
