Instigating excitement amongst the Manchester United supporters, Borussia Dortmund have reportedly acknowledged that Jadon Sancho’s exit is imminent.
Although the youngster has built up quite a reputation in regards to his career, the German club are running out of patience with his off-field issues.
The star has been appearing on the news for all the wrong reasons, as he was recently fined by the German league last week for breaking the COVID-19 guidelines by having a haircut without personal protective equipment.
According to the Evening Standard, Dortmund value him at £116m despite the recent hit in the global economy owing to the COVID-19 pandemic. But with a variety of clubs eying the Englishman, Dortmund expect to receive an amount close to the described figure.
Manchester United are just one of several clubs interested in the starlet, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer desperately waiting for the transfer window to reopen to pounce at the talisman. This indication of interest seems to coincide with the England international’s inclination to return to his home country.
Therefore, the Red Devils plan to make a quick manoeuvre to grab him before other clubs come up with a deal for the winger.
It’s even reported that Solskjaer had inquired with his existing roster about ideal targets and their rapports in the hopes of favouring the transfer. According to the same, Marcus Rashford has shared his familiarity with Sancho who is his England teammate.
The United forward also spoke highly of the Dortmund star, titling him “the new generation player”, while expressing his interest in playing alongside his friend at Old Trafford.
