What United Fans Are Saying About Grealish After Arsenal 0-3 Aston Villa
Jack Grealish has won the limelight after his outing against Arsenal.
The Gunners suffered a heavy 0-3 defeat to Aston Villa on Sunday, shocking expectations. The away side had an own-goal from Bukayo Saka and a brace from Ollie Watkins ensure their three points in a thumping display.
Grealish was a constant presence throughout the game, exuding confidence and even providing the assist to the winner.
In fact, such was his performance that several fans got talking.
Twitter was filled with praises for the English international with Manchester United fans, in particular, speaking highly of his skills.
Further, the pure attitude and confidence he displayed during the fixture had fans convinced that he ought to be a Red Devil in the making.
Several of them were adamant that United ought to purchase the 25-year-old and voiced their desire openly.
Just commentated on #ARSAVL. Said last szn, I felt Grealish was the one for #MUFC over Maddison et al. And wow, he’s got even better! Problem is he’d never force a move as boyhood Villain & captain, & £80m+ wasn’t going to happen. You’d have to alter system too, but he’s worth it

Told people I wanted Grealish over Sancho a while back and got cooked for it, Grealish already proved he’s better in big games too.

no way Arsenal released a double disc DVD for that win at Old Trafford just to get rolled over by Jacky Grealish and the boys a week later

Unpopular opinion: I’d rather see Jack Grealish at United than Jadon Sancho. Proper United player he is👊🏼

If Ole wants a ball carrier to replace Pogba. Grealish would be perfect for that. But the position he plays for Villa affords him more freedom.

Incidentally, Grealish is believed to already occupy a place in Ole Gunnar Solskjær’s wishlist and was even linked to the club back in the summer. Touted as a top target in the pre-Jadon Sancho days, it will be interesting to see if anything changes in the upcoming window.
If a United switch has to be made though, Grealish must continue with such top displays. In that regard, it will also be intriguing to see if it will be Solskjær who takes the decision to acquire his signature.
